Security Promise

We will strictly carry out the security regulations. Before accepting the client’s commission, we will draw up a securiy agreement with the client which is valid until the end of the entrusted investigation.

Both sides of the agreement must strictly carry out the agreement. If the entruster violates the agreement and divulges the secrets, the entruster will be responsible for all the consequences thus produced and the entrustee will have the right to end the contract without returning the commission fee. The entrustee’s loss caused from this must be paid for in full amount by the entruster. On the contrary, If the entrustee violates the agreement and divulges the secrets, the entruster will have the right to end the contract and the commission fee must be returned in full amount. The entruster’s loss caused from this must be paid for in full amount by the entrustee.

We make a solemn promise to every entruster who needs investigation: to keep strictly secret all the clues provided by the entruster; not to divulge anything about the investigation and any information about the entruster; to return all the data to the entruster at the end of the investigation; and to keep it secret in accordance with the time agreed by the two sides.

During the investigation, the clues and data provided by the entruster must be real and accurate and the entruster must try his best to co-operate with the entrustee.
